Buying

Sales Tax
If you live in California, or ship your order to California, we are required to charge you 7.75% sales tax on your purchase.

Payment Options
IdeoLingo® orders are processed through Paypal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as payment forms.

When You Will Be Charged
The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the Paypal transaction is complete.

Shipping

Shipping Options within the United States
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for quantities of IdeoLingo® Magnet Kits under 10. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order, which will be calculated for you during checkout.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally via UPS. When placing an order, enter your city, country and postal code in the appropriate fields. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of the cost via email prior to being charged for your order. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Order Status
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email.
